Quality Assurance Testing
COMS Off Stack Calibration
– 40CFR60 Appendix F Procedure 3 and Appendix B Performance Specification 1, requires an annual opacity off stack calibration. TML will remove the opacity head and retro reflector from the flanges and setup the instrument inside your facility and the correct distance to perform the off stack calibration. Once the calibration is completed, TML will install the instrument on the stack flanges, perform a calibration, and assess instrument accuracy, faults, alarms and data collection.
COMS Calibration Error Test
– 40CFR60 Appendix F Procedure 3 and Appendix B Performance Specification 1 requires a quarterly calibration error test. TML will perform this test with certified opacity filters at the correct percent of span values based on your permitted emission limit and stack geometry. Once complete, TML will complete an audit report that demonstrates compliance with the testing requirement. The electronic pdf report will provide within 45 days of test completion.
Cylinder Gas Audit (CGA) Test
– 40CFR60, Appendix F requires a cylinder gas audit (2-pt) performed quarterly. TML will perform this test with customer-supplied gases. Before testing, TML will review the certificate of analysis to verify the certified gas concentration is correct for instrument span and expiration date. We will perform the test procedure efficiently to reduce invalid data during the test. Once complete, TML will complete an audit report that demonstrates compliance with the testing requirement. The electronic pdf report will provide within 30 days of test completion.
Linearity Gas Test Audit
- 40CFR75, Appendix B requires a linearity gas test audit (3-pt) performed quarterly. TML will perform this test with customer-supplied gases. Before testing, TML will review the certificate of analysis to verify the certified gas concentration is correct for instrument span and expiration date. We will perform the test procedure efficiently to reduce invalid data during the test. Once complete, TML will complete an audit report that demonstrates compliance with the testing requirement. Relative Accuracy Test Analysis (RATA)
- 40CFR75, Appendix B and 40CFR60, Appendix F requires a RATA performed at least once each year for recertification. TML will support this test with customer-supplied test team or we can contract the test team. Before testing, TML will assess the system to ensure working as designed. We will perform the test procedure efficiently to reduce invalid data during the test. Once complete, TML will complete a RATA report that demonstrates compliance with the testing requirement. The electronic pdf report will be provided within 30 days of test completion.
7-day Drift Test Assistance
- 40CFR75, Appendix A and 40CFR60, Appendix B requires a drift test for CEMS initial certification and recertification events. TML will perform this test with customer-supplied gases. Before testing, TML will review the certificate of analysis to verify the certified gas concentration is correct for instrument span and expiration date. Once complete, TML will complete a drift test report that demonstrates compliance with the testing requirement. The electronic pdf report will be provided within 30 days of test completion.
Ultra-Flow 150 Linearization Curves
– Planning to do a three load flow test with a stack tester? If so, it's likely the right time to validate the linearization curves in the flow monitor. TML will support this test with customer-supplied test team or we can contract the test team. Before testing, TML will assess the monitor to ensure working as designed. We will perform the test procedure efficiently to reduce invalid data during the test. Once complete, TML will update the curves programmed into the instrument.
LH360 PM Test Curves
- Has it been five years since you did particulate monitor reference method stack testing? If so, it's likely the right time to validate the curves in the particulate monitor. TML will support this test with customer-supplied test team or we can contract the test team. Before testing, TML will assess the monitor to ensure working as designed. We will perform the test procedure efficiently to reduce invalid data during the test. Once complete, TML will update the curves programmed into the instrument.
